Making the first step
Once you’ve developed a little crush on us, the next thing to do is fill out our contact form so we can set up a quick, no-strings-attached chat to discuss your event needs and how we can help. This gives both of us a chance to feel out the chemistry and make sure we’re a match.

The first date
You’ve decided you’d like to take the next step with us. We’ll then send you a custom proposal that is tailored to your unique planning needs. To make our tandem official, a deposit will be required to lock-in your event date.

Moving in together
A service agreement will be shared with you that keeps everyone’s best interests at heart. To keep everyone in the loop at all times, you will be given access to our online planning software to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. On top of that, all of our clients receive a special Welcome Kit filled with helpful tips, FAQs and planning essentials.

Getting to know you better
Once your account is established, we’ll send you some questionnaires to help us get more intimate with your vision for the big day. This will also be the time you’ll get to share your Pinterest board with us (we know you’ve been dying to! ;-))

Chasing Details
After we received your feedback from the questionnaires, we will create two custom mood boards for you. The mood boards include a unique style vision mastered for your event. It will later on serve as the style guide for the over all concept of the event and will be shared with all the suppliers.

Only the best for you
With the finalized style guide, we will go ahead and personally handpick the best suppliers from our network pool and make the necessary introductions for you. Regardless to say, we will coordinate all the negotiations on your behalf and assist you with the decision making. Overall, we aim to make the planning process look easy.

Timing is key
We won’t take any risks when it comes to your big day. To ensure that everything happens according to plan, we will create a custom timeline for the day of the event. This detailed timeline will be shared with all of your suppliers and serves as a guide on the day of the event.

The day of the event has come and we want you to be able to feel like a guest at your own event. We will deliver a stress-free and smooth atmosphere for you and your guests alike.
